I came here
wanting to find
a place to share
poetry and love
and beauty.
Instead I found
a place of
broken dreams
and injured
hearts, and
all I can do
is say
I love you as
a tear slides
slowly down
my cheek and
I wish I could
hold you close
and kiss away
the hurt.
